Enterprise project structure

Aim:

To create (EPS) Enterprise Project Structure using primavera 6

Procedure:

·         Go to enterprise menu and click enterprise project structure

·         In the EPS dialog box create a company structure using shift right, left and add button

Result:

Thus EPS created successfully

Organizational breakdown structure

Aim:

To create (OBS) organizational Breakdown Structure using primavera 6

Procedure:

·         Go to enterprise menu and click OBS

·         In OBS dialog box give the name of the persons like CEO.GM using add buttons

To create or assign OBS to EPS:

·         Go to enterprise menu and click EPS

·         In EPS dialog box assign the names using responsible manager nearer button

                                  

To create new project:                                                                                     

·         Go to file menu and select the particular EPS level in the dialog box click any zone

·         In select EPS dialog box click add button

·         Then give project ID & name, date using next button

  

Result:

Thus OBS, Assign of OBS-EPS level, create a new project have done successfully
